Day 2 (June 22nd)
Today started out ok we had a nice breakfast (although a bit odd and checked out). We then headed away from lava hot spring and headed of to the potato museum. When we got there however it was closed which was a bit disappointing but we took a picture of us by a big model potato and left for the first nucleur power plant called EBR-1. It was really interesting. We then had lunch a few miles down the road and headed for Craters of the moon! On the way there we were pulled over by the police for speeding. After an hour more of driving dad said we had gone the wrong way and had to go back! So we drove the hour back and took the correct route. We arrived there 1 1/2 hours late and walked around the park. I found the park really interesting the whole park looks like the surface of the moon because about 2000 years ago lava flowed now its just solid rock that looks like the moon. We drove a hour to the hotel, which was located in a town called Haley, which was really good and then walked to a brewery for dinner. We got dad his brewery glass and went swimming back at the hotel.
